Shipping Policy

Every batch is made fresh, packed by hand, and shipped with care from Langley, BC.

Processing time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Shipping carriers: Canada Post or courier, depending on your location.

Shipping Options: We offer Free Shipping on Orders $150+

Please note Express applies to the shipping method once your order is prepared and packed. Our typical processing time is 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our hands, but we’ll always do what we can to help if issues arise.

Local pickup: We offer free local pickup in Langley, BC, available by request.
To arrange pickup, please email us before ordering at info@cakeandsteakbeauty.com. We’ll coordinate a time and provide pickup details.
Orders placed without prior arrangement will be shipped by default.

International shipping: Currently Canada only.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our skincare is small-batch, made fresh, and cannot be resold, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@cakeandsteakbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will do our best to make it right.

Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — processed securely through Square Payments
Other payment options may be added at our discretion as we expand.
All payments must be made in Canadian dollars (CAD). Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.
