Shipping Policy

Every batch is made fresh, packed by hand, and shipped with care from Langley, BC.

Processing time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.


Shipping carriers: Canada Post or courier, depending on your location and shipping speed chosen.

Shipping Options: We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping (Xpresspost). Orders $150+ receive free Standard Shipping. Orders $200+ receive free Express Shipping.

Please note Express applies to the shipping method once your order is prepared and packed. Our typical processing time is 3–5 business days.

You’ll receive tracking details when your order ships.


We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our hands, but we’ll always do what we can to help if issues arise.

Local pickup: Not available at this time.


International shipping: Currently Canada only.

Return & Refund Policy

Because our skincare is small-batch, made fresh, and cannot be resold, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@cakeandsteakbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.


We will do our best to make it right.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — processed securely through PayPal or Wix Payments

  • Other payment options may be added at our discretion as we expand.

  • All payments must be made in Canadian dollars (CAD). Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received and confirmed.

Your privacy matters. We collect only the information needed to process your orders, keep first to know about fresh treats, and provide great service.

Your payment information is securely processed through trusted providers only (Wix Payments, PayPal, etc.).


We may occasionally email you with updates if you’ve opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
